Seasonal Christmas Light Package Rentals
We here at Anderson Property Solutions Ltd., we provide rentals of our super bright, top tier Christmas Lights! All lights we provide are commercial grade C9 LED’s. This package includes measuring how many feet of lights your home will need, providing your choice in colour of lights, installing the lights, maintenance of these lights if any issues occur, take down of lights in the spring and storage of the lights in the summer! For 2025, our colour options included Warm white lights (as shown in photo), multi colour lights as well as a blue/cool white combo, and a red/cool white combo. We also wrap trees with the same colours listed above.

Permanent Lighting
Our permanent soffit lighting has 1.6 million colour combinations that can all be controlled from your phone. We install WATTS lights which have a 5 year warranty on all product and have one of the best apps in the game! Our product is also made at a Canadian manufacturer and can withstand the harsh Canadian weather. The lights are also installed underneath the soffit to keep it away from the elements.

Snow Removal
We offer subscription snow removal services in Niverville and some surrounding towns. This includes us coming to clear your driveway and walkways every time it snows over 1 inch within 24 hours.
Rooftop Snow Removal
Large amounts of snow on your roof can get quite heavy over the winter and can potentailly damage your roof. (some home layouts are more prone to this snow build up than others). We remove this snow off of your roof as well as clear any snow that falls onto your driveway or walkways.
